tKasa, Tinkon Group'un kendi restoranında kullandığı kasa ve adisyon terminalidir. Uygulama şirket personeline yöneliktir; herkese açık üyelik yoktur ve uygulamaya yalnızca tarafımızdan verilen kasa hesabıyla girilir.
Kart bilgisi bu uygulamaya hiçbir şekilde girilmez. Kartlı tahsilat ayrı ve sertifikalı bir EFT-POS cihazında yapılır; uygulamaya yalnızca o cihazın bildirdiği mali fiş numarası, onay kodu ve tutar gelir — mutabakat için. Uygulama içi satın alma ya da uygulama içinde ödeme işleme yoktur.
Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca yukarıdaki belgeleri eklerken, sizin başlattığınız anda kullanılır; arka planda erişim yoktur.
Rezervasyon isimleri gibi misafir bilgileri, yalnızca servisi yürütmek için (masanın kime ait olduğunu göstermek) şirketin kendi rezervasyon sisteminden okunur; personel dışında kimseye açılmaz.
Veriler satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Tüm veriler Tinkon'un kendi sunucularında barındırılır. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ya da analitik (izleme) bileşeni bulunmaz. Mali belgeler yalnızca yasal yükümlülük gereği yetkili kurumlarla paylaşılır.
Ticari ve mali kayıtlar yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur. Personel hesabınız işten ayrılışta pasife alınır; hesabınıza dair kişisel bilgilerin silinmesini istediğinizde [email protected] adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Bildirim cihaz kimliği, uygulamadan çıkışta ya da bildirimleri kapattığınızda kaydımızdan düşer.

tKasa is the point-of-sale and order terminal that Tinkon Group uses in its own restaurant. The app is intended for company staff; there is no public sign-up and access requires a cashier account issued by us.
No card data is ever entered in this app. Card payments are taken on a separate, certified EFT-POS device; the app only receives the fiscal receipt number, approval code and amount from that device for reconciliation. There is no in-app purchase and no payment processing inside the app.
Camera and photo access is used only while you attach one of the documents above; there is no background access.
Guest details such as reservation names are read from the company's own reservation system solely to run the service (showing which table belongs to whom) and are not disclosed to anyone outside our staff.
Data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with third parties. All data is hosted on Tinkon's own servers. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics (tracking) components. Fiscal documents are shared only with the competent authorities where required by law.
Commercial and fiscal records are retained as required by law. Staff accounts are deactivated when employment ends; to request deletion of personal details, e-mail [email protected]. The notification device token is removed when you sign out of the app or turn notifications off.
